Minimum Education/Training/Experience
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and general clerical or office support experience including: organizing and maintaining files; data entry; spreadsheet and word processing; and assisting with events and projects.
Preferred Education/Training/Experience
Knowledge of customer service, some public speaking experience, experience with travel organizations, scheduling, and social media.

- Business math;
- Basic office practices and procedures;
- Basic record keeping practices;
- Basic computer applications
- Operating standard office equipment;
- Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy;
- Communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, students, the public, etc.

Job Duties
- Research trips and locations for extended travel, local travel, evening theater performances appropriate for Lifelong Learning students;
- Work with travel organization to plan and execute local and international travel;
- Proof content of travel-related material;
- Complete required paperwork for each trip
- Assist with marketing travel;
- Maintain master database with status and contact information for all travelers and trips;
- Occasionally speak to groups to inform them of our travel/trip program;
- Maintain vendor/provider information for each trip and extended trip;
- Travel with group
